We have been learning about the animals and landscape in the Arctic and Antarctic. One aspect of this was to learn about the classification of animals using Carl Linnaeus' system.
We have also found out about the terrifying trip of Earnest Shakelton to cross the Antarctic.
Also...
We learnt about the 10 Commandments and their importance. Following this, we looked at the 5 Marks of Missions of the Church of England, focusing on Treasure and what we can do to protect God's creation. We added vinegar to shells to look at the effect of acids in the ocean, especially to coral, and produced pledges.
